Following yesterday’s announcement by the Central Election Commission (CEC) regarding a full recount in some municipalities and a partial recount in others, the recounting process has begun at the Results Counting Centre (RCC).
According to the latest update issued today at 07:30, a total of 21 ballot packages have been recounted at the RCC.
Based on the published data, the Self-Determination Movement (Vetëvendosje) is leading with 2,321 votes (39.33%), followed by the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) with 1,815 votes (30.75%), reports IndeksOnline.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) ranks third with 847 votes (14.35%), while the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has secured 700 votes, or 11.86%.
So far, the recount shows that other political parties have received a two-digit number of votes.
The recounting process is ongoing.
