26 Years Since the Muliqi Family Massacre, Kurti Pays Tribute at the Graves of Eight Martyrs

This Sunday marks the 26th anniversary of the second massacre in Abri e Epërme.

On this occasion, the Acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, paid tribute and placed flower wreaths at the graves of the eight martyrs from the Muliqi neighborhood.

In this massacre, eight young men and men from the Muliqi family were killed.

“After the massacre on September 26, in which 23 members of the Deliu family were killed, on March 30, 1999, Serbian armed forces killed eight young men and men from the Muliqi family. Four of them were students aged between 13 and 17,” the statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said.
