The so-called “Yellow House” in Albania never existed as a site for organ trafficking by members of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). Instead, it is part of a hybrid narrative propagated by Serbia against the KLA and Albania, initiated by Russian MP Konstantin Kosachev on April 15, 2008, just months after Kosovo declared independence.

While there is no “Yellow House”, increasing evidence, testimonies, and facts point to what is known as “Sarajevo Safari”. Reports suggest that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić may have had a role, with substantial sums of money allegedly exchanged for sniper attacks on Bosnian civilians from the surrounding hills during the siege of Sarajevo in the early 1990s.

To properly investigate and prosecute the alleged crimes of “Sarajevo Safari,” the involvement of an international special tribunal would be required, but no such proceedings have been initiated to date.
