After the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, invited the opposition leaders to a working dinner to discuss the legislative agenda, the head of the LDK, Lumir Abdixhiku, considered the invitation as too late to find a cooperative climate when, according to him, the party in power “has fundamentally extinguished the spirit of cooperation and when you have sowed extremely offensive polarization”.

“The Democratic Union of Kosovo continues to be always supportive of the major interests of the Republic, although you have never responded to this readiness with mutual cooperation”, says Abdixhik’s letter to Kurt.

Regarding the discussion about the legislative agenda, Abdixhiku said that the LDK considers that the same is discussed in the Presidency of the Assembly, where their political representatives give the party positions.

“While, for the votes of international agreements, the Democratic League of Kosovo considers them above the daily policies, therefore it will continue to vote as it has done so far”, the letter continues.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today invited the leaders of the three opposition parliamentary parties, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, to a working dinner on Monday to discuss the fulfillment of the legislative agenda for the season spring.

In the letter he sent to the three opposition parties, Kurti states that the reason why he invited the leaders of the parties and heads of the parliamentary groups to the meeting is to discuss the steps to fulfill the legislative agenda.
