Ramush Haradinaj, leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), expressed support for the ongoing Albanian student protests in Skopje, emphasizing that the constitutional right to the Albanian language must not be violated.
“Any attempt to undermine this right is a blatant violation,” Haradinaj wrote in a statement.
In his post, Haradinaj also criticized Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, describing the protests as a “strong call to awareness for all those interfering in politics that do not concern them, weakening and dividing the Albanian factor, here and everywhere.”
Haradinaj reaffirmed solidarity with the students, stating:
“Today we stand with the students, in their resistance and legitimate demands. One for the Albanian language. History will not forgive anyone who obstructs this language. With the students!”
