KPC and KJC Coordinate Positions on Justice Sector Draft Laws

As part of ongoing inter-institutional cooperation, the Chair of the Normative Affairs Committee of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Visar Krasniqi, together with committee member Bahri Hyseni and committee secretary Margarita Gjocaj, held a working meeting on Tuesday with representatives of the working group from the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC), including Bisnik Bislimaj, Ngadhnjim Arrni, and Argzon Muçaj.

The meeting focused on exchanging views and coordinating institutional positions regarding draft laws prepared by the Ministry of Justice, in line with the commitments outlined in the Joint Declaration of Pledge.

Participants discussed key issues aimed at advancing the legal framework, emphasizing the need for harmonized positions in shared areas and a coordinated inter-institutional approach.

The primary objective of the meeting was to strengthen cooperation and coordination between justice system institutions, supporting the ongoing reform process and ensuring a stable and effective legal framework.
