Analyst Fidan Ukaj, in an interview in the Issue of the Day column by Klevin Muka in News 24, commented on the meeting of the Kotor Summit.
Ukaj emphasized that the EU will allocate 6 billion euros for the Western Balkans. According to him, Kosovo and Serbia must meet the prerequisites for integration into the European Union.
Fidan Ukaj: The Association of Serbian Municipalities will happen after Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe. Kurt’s participation in the Kotor Summit is very important. The EU will share monetary values at this summit, 6 billion euros. Kosovo will also benefit from EU funds. Kosovo and Serbia must meet the prerequisites to become closer to the European Union. Although the EU requires all countries to be a bloc, in Serbia, unfortunately, Milosevic’s caste is still in power.
