The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, met today in Belgrade with the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.

Vučić said that he discussed with President Dodik about the so-called, as he said, the vital and national interests of the Serbian people.

“I informed President Dodik about the efforts that Serbia is making to protect the vital national interests of the Serbian people, as well as public international law, repeating once again that the adoption of such a resolution would mean opening Pandora’s box for the future opening countless wounds from the past”, wrote Vucic.

Meanwhile, the topic of discussion was also the issue of Srebrenica.

“Dodik warned me that the adoption of a resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica will have disastrous consequences for relations within Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Vučić.

“On May 23 of this year, the Republic of Serbia and RS will fight together and united for the truth, pride and dignity of the Serbian people, said Vučić.
