Under the care of the Acting President of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, a Book of Condolences has also been opened for all citizens who wish to express their respect and condolences.
The homage and signing of the Book of Condolences are taking place in the hall of the Assembly of Kosovo.

The academic, writer, and literary critic Rexhep Qosja passed away on Thursday at the age of 90. In honor of his life, today has been declared a day of mourning in Kosovo.
The family announced that Qosja passed away and was buried on Thursday in a private family ceremony.
