The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has commemorated the victims of the Tusuzi Massacre (Quarter of the Brave) in Prizren.
On May 26, 1999, the forces of the genocidal regime of Serbia brutally killed 27 residents there.
This happened on the threshold of Kosovo’s freedom.
Osmani said that “this neighborhood stands out for its contribution and sacrifice for the freedom of Kosovo, so bringing justice to the victims is our daily commitment”.
“May the memory be eternal for the martyrs and all those who fell for freedom!”, said Osmani.
