The Central Election Commission (CEC) will hold its next meeting this Wednesday, with the certification of the final results of Kosovo’s early parliamentary elections at the top of the agenda.
According to the published agenda, the meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m., with commissioners expected to formally certify the final results of the parliamentary elections held on June 7.
The CEC officially announced the final election results on June 27.
Based on those results, Vetëvendosje emerged as the largest political party with 47.13% of the vote. It was followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) with 19.44%, while the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) received 16.69%.
Meanwhile, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) secured 6.74% of the vote, winning seven seats in the Assembly, while the Serb List received 5.40% of the vote.
