Police Action in Zubin Potok: Weapons, Explosives, and Ammunition Found, One Person Arrested

The Kosovo Police conducted a successful raid in the village of Uglarë in Zubin Potok, uncovering weapons and explosive devices, including hand grenades, long guns, ammunition, radios, bulletproof vests, and technological equipment.

In an operation in the village of Uglarë in Zubin Potok, the Kosovo Police discovered a considerable amount of weapons and explosive devices.

This was confirmed by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, who stated that during the raid, hand grenades, long guns, ammunition, radios, bulletproof vests, and technological equipment were found.

Sveçla announced that the person in possession of these weapons and equipment has been arrested.

“Our efforts to eradicate crime and remove Serbia’s criminal remnants in our country continue successfully. Weapons and explosive devices such as hand grenades, long guns, ammunition, radios, bulletproof vests, and technological equipment were discovered today by the Kosovo Police during a raid at a location in the village of Uglarë in Zubin Potok. The person found with these weapons and equipment has been arrested, and the case has been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office,” announced Sveçla.

Sveçla emphasized that this operation is part of ongoing efforts to eradicate crime and eliminate Serbia’s criminal remnants in Kosovo.

“No compromise towards crime, individuals, or groups that threaten the security of our country and our citizens. We will not stop working to protect our state interests, ensuring security for our country and our citizens, and enforcing law and order in every corner of our Republic,” added Sveçla.
