The Prime Minister of Serbia, Milosh Vučević, has claimed that there is no possibility for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue to move until Prime Minister Albin Kurti is at the head of power in Kosovo.

“I don’t see a millimeter of space that something will move in the dialogue until Kurti is in power. When I spoke with Miroslav Lajcak in Athens ten days ago, I see that they are also aware of this. They know that Kurti will certainly not form the Association. I find it unrealistic that QUINT has no influence on Kurt. They say they are putting pressure on us, but we don’t see any progress.”

He also said that all the actions of the West lead to the “previous goal”, which, according to him, is the independence of Kosovo, writes Serbian Blic.

“I don’t think that either Lajcak or Borrell are enthusiastic about it, but I think there are centers that support it,” says Vučević.

He also continued the propaganda campaign that there is “terror” against Serbs in Kosovo.

The people of Kosovo are absolutely desperate, [if I were] in their place I would have died a long time ago”, said Vučević.

He also commented on the warnings of the Minister of the Interior, Xelal Sveçla, who said that if Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic comes to Kosovo without permission, he can be arrested.

“Bandits can never arrest the president of a country, but also that the president will never do anything that would threaten the security of the Serbs in Kosovo”, Vučević said, claiming that they are concerned about peace in the region.

“We must be careful, maintain peace and save the Serbs in Kosovo, however we are dealing with someone who does not want peace and who wants the ethnic cleansing of the Serbs in Kosovo. And if the president of Serbia decides to visit them, it will be in coordination with KFOR, EULEX and all institutions with which it is necessary”.
