The Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, has congratulated the Montenegrins on the Nationality Day, also adding that the hegemonic policy of Serbia is challenging the citizenship of Montenegro from the inside and the citizenship of Kosovo from the outside.
