Hoxhaj wrote that “these events are connected”.
“Serb paramilitaries and criminals from northern Kosovo played a crucial role in the 2016 coup attempt against President Djukanovic and are now involved in assassination plans against him. These events are interconnected, including Belgrade and Moscow, aiming for hegemony over Montenegro”, wrote Hoxhaj in “X”.
Montenegrin media reported that Djukanovic informed the authorities that he had received information that an assassination attempt was being prepared against him.
