Former Director of the Military Security Agency (VBA) Momir Stojanović stated that Aleksandar Vulin violated the law by creating lists of unsuitable individuals from his positions as Minister of Internal Affairs and Director of the Security and Information Agency (BIA) based on verbal insults, and that he should have been dismissed from his post.

In his statement to FoNet, Stojanović also assessed that the current Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin should have been dismissed much earlier due to numerous illegalities, and instead, he is still the “shadow director of BIA.”

He recalled that it is clearly defined who and under what circumstances people can be banned from entering the country and emphasized that verbal offenses as a punishable behavior no longer exist in any normal and democratic country.

Stojanović questions how many people are still on the contested lists and tells Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić that instead of announcing the cancellation of the lists, he should hold Vulin accountable.

“We left a person with questionable professional, moral, and human qualities to decide on behalf of the state who can enter the territory of this country. And he still has no shame to bring it to the public. This shows, in its naked sense, what kind of personnel are at the head of the responsible institutions of this country,” says Stojanović.

He recalls that Vulin is currently in the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Special Affairs.

“Can you imagine what special tasks those are when he makes lists based on verbal insults and those people are banned from entering the country,” said Stojanović.

He highlights that, according to his knowledge, Vulin is responsible for cooperation with Serbs in the region, as well as for the import and export of weapons and military equipment.

What is being discussed within the Intelligence Security Agency is that he is essentially still the shadow director of BIA. “What the public does not know is that he appears at BIA every day and comes to the office, expelling the staff while he is kicking around in the office,” said Stojanović.
