The Deputy Secretary General for Operations of NATO, Thomas Goffus, is visiting Kosovo on Thursday.
He met with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, and is expected to meet with the Prime Minister later.
Among the topics of discussion will be the issue of opening the Iber Bridge.
On Thursday, the German envoy for the Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin, is also holding meetings with political actors.
