The Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, met with the President of the Swiss National Council, Eric Nussbaumer, along with other deputies from the Parliamentary Friendship Group between Kosovo and Switzerland.
Kurti stated that the meeting covered Kosovo’s rapid democratic and economic progress over recent years.
“The deputies also reiterated Switzerland’s clear support for Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe and expressed hope that the upcoming ratification of the EFTA agreement will serve as a catalyst for broader efforts to enhance economic cooperation between our countries,” Kurti wrote.
The head of government is on an official visit to Switzerland, where he will also meet with the Kosovo diaspora there.
