The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has presented the first preliminary results of the population census today, according to Gazeta Express.
Among the presented data, KAS also provided information regarding the damages caused by the war.
According to the “Damages from the 1998/1999 War on Household Economies Nationwide” report, it was revealed that the total number of those killed is 11,417.
Of these, 9,630 are men, and 1,787 are women.
The number of missing persons was also disclosed, with a total of 1,047 individuals reported as missing.
In the data presentation, details were also provided regarding the wounded, with a total of 6,682 injured individuals.
Regarding those imprisoned, KAS reported a total of 3,312 people detained.
Additionally, KAS published information about property damages.
