The Election Panel for Appeals and Complaints (PZAP) has rejected the appeal filed by the Vetëvendosje Movement (VV) regarding the certification of the Serbian List, deeming it inadmissible.
In its decision, PZAP stated: “The appeal No. 16/2025, dated 08.01.2025, filed by the Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV), based in Pristina, against the Central Election Commission (CEC), requesting the annulment of the CEC Decision No. 01/2328-2024, dated 31.12.2024, is hereby rejected as inadmissible.”
The Serbian List was initially not certified during the CEC meeting; however, following an appeal, PZAP ruled in favor of the party.
VV, which has consistently opposed this decision, submitted a second appeal to PZAP on January 2, arguing that the certification of the Serbian List was illegal and calling for its annulment to prevent their participation in the upcoming elections.
