The Supreme State Audit of Albania has initiated an audit regarding the incident yesterday, where the Sasaj Hydropower Plant in Lukovë was damaged.
The Supreme State Audit Institution is expected to focus on verifying the causes that led to the problematic situation yesterday, which resulted in significant material damages.
According to sources from the SSA, the audit will not only examine the company that owns the structure, including the technical aspects, quality of work, and design, but also the institutions responsible for monitoring this hydropower plant and others.
