President Donald Trump was asked by journalists at the White House after his face-to-face meeting with the King of Jordan about the plan to relocate Palestinians from Gaza.
When asked if there had been discussions about settling Palestinians from Gaza in other countries besides Jordan and Egypt, including Albania and Indonesia, Trump replied, “Yes, of course.”
He added that there were many other countries that had expressed interest in participating, and that there were many people, including the King of Jordan, who want to help with the resettlement of Palestinians from Gaza.
On the other hand, the King of Jordan later stated that he is aware that European countries also want to be involved in this operation.
