The spokesperson for the Central Election Commission (CEC), Valmir Elezi, stated that they expect the vote counting process to be completed tomorrow.
He mentioned that today the counting of postal votes will be completed, while the counting of conditional votes and votes from people with special needs has already begun and is expected to finish tomorrow.
“At the National Counting Center (QNR), the process of counting votes from abroad, specifically postal voting, is nearing completion. Therefore, today we will conclude the counting of votes from outside Kosovo, and the process of counting conditional votes and those of people with special needs has started at QNR. This process will be completed today, and we expect it to finish tomorrow,” he said.
