The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Memli Krasniqi, stated in the “Click” program on RTV21 that it is primarily Prime Minister Kurti’s responsibility to form the government. According to him, if Kurti fails to do so, then PDK is ready to form the institutions.
He mentioned that they have not yet spoken with the opposition but that he is open to communication with them.
“We are at a major crossroads as a people, the geopolitical reality is changing rapidly, and things that in the past we took for granted are no longer taken for granted. Relations with Serbia have many questions, and the entire region is facing significant changes,” said Krasniqi, referring to the situations in Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
“I believe the responsibility is very great, and I don’t know if there are irresponsible parties that say it doesn’t matter what happens to our country,” he added.
Krasniqi further stated, “We won’t cooperate with LVV. If they find partners, let them form the government.”
