Member of Parliament Duda Balje has filed a defamation lawsuit against political analyst Sadri Ramabaja, demanding €100,000 in compensation.
Balje confirmed that the lawsuit was officially submitted today to the Basic Court in Prishtina, through her legal representative, attorney Fanol Krasniqi.
The legal action follows Ramabaja’s public claim that he had received information alleging Balje had met with Milan Radoičić on February 28.
Balje has rejected the allegations and stated that such claims have damaged her reputation.
