Police in southern France are continuing their search for a suspect accused of fatally stabbing a Muslim believer inside a mosque.
Authorities said a man in his 20s stabbed the victim dozens of times at the mosque in the village of La Grand-Combe, north of Montpellier.
According to Le Parisien, an investigative source revealed that after the attack, the suspect filmed the dying victim also believed to be in his early to mid-20s using his cellphone.
The video was reportedly sent to a friend, who briefly posted it online before deleting it, French media said.
Security cameras inside the mosque also captured the incident, showing that only the attacker and the victim were present at the time.
French media reported that the victim was a regular attendee at the mosque.
