Michael Reiffenstuel, Director for the Western Balkans at the German Foreign Ministry, called on Kosovo to exercise restraint regarding actions targeting health institutions run by Serbia.
Reiffenstuel emphasized that such measures have negative consequences for Kosovo’s citizens and undermine the country’s commitments to the European Union.
“Urgently calling on Kosovo to refrain from targeting health institutions operated by Serbia. Last week’s concerning actions negatively affect Kosovo’s citizens, contradict its obligations and commitments to the EU, and strain our bilateral relations,” Reiffenstuel stated on X (formerly Twitter).
