The Organization of Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans (OVL-UÇK) has expressed gratitude to former senior U.S. official James Rubin following his appearance as a witness before the Specialist Chambers in The Hague.
In its statement, OVL-UÇK emphasized that Rubin’s testimony was “clear, fair, and grounded in truth,” praising it as further evidence of the United States’ continued support for Kosovo and the values of the KLA.
“His clear, just, and truth-based testimony stands as yet another proof of the unwavering support the United States of America has given to Kosovo—especially during our liberation war—and for the defense of the values of the KLA,” the statement reads.
OVL-UÇK extended sincere thanks to Rubin and, through him, to the American people and government for the consistent support they have provided, and continue to provide, to Kosovo.
