Former senior U.S. official James Rubin resumed his testimony before the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, starting five minutes before 10:00.
He was called by the defense of Hashim Thaçi and is currently being questioned by the Prosecution.
Rubin’s testimony is expected to conclude today.
