Israel has called the UK’s recognition of the Palestinian state “nothing more than a reward for Hamas.”
The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the recognition of a Palestinian state is “nothing more than a reward for jihadist Hamas – empowered by its ties with the Muslim Brotherhood in the UK.”
“Even Hamas leaders openly admit: this recognition is a direct consequence, the ‘fruit’ of the October 7 massacre,” the ministry wrote in a post on X.
