Republican Congressman from Florida, Brian Mast, has undertaken an initiative in support of Kosovo.
Mast, himself a war veteran and amputee, recently introduced an amendment in the U.S. Congress requesting that the United States prioritize Kosovo’s NATO membership as part of its foreign policy agenda.
This highly important topic for Kosovo and for security in the Western Balkans was discussed today on the Info Magazine program at Klan Kosova with Kosovo-born politician Gino Mulliqi, who is active in Texas.
Mulliqi emphasized that politicians in Kosovo must remember that “today we enjoy democracy thanks to the United States of America.”
“We must stay aligned and work with the United States of America, remain aware of the situation, and stay on the path toward receiving the green light from the United States,” he said on Klan Kosova.
