On September 22, the Special Court in The Hague will continue the trial of former President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, and his co-defendants.
In tomorrow’s session, scheduled to begin at 09:00, the third witness called by the defense—a British citizen—is expected to testify.
Earlier this week, the first two defense witnesses appeared: James Rubin, former senior U.S. official and international affairs advisor, and Paul Williams, an expert in international law and professor in the United States.
Both gave testimony in support of the defense, focusing on the international context and the political processes during the time of the war in Kosovo.
