Albanian President Bajram Begaj held an official meeting today with Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, emphasizing the importance of bilateral cooperation and regional stability.

President Begaj highlighted the strong, fraternal ties between Albania and Turkey in a post on Facebook, noting that the partnership encourages continued collaboration across multiple sectors, including economy, trade, infrastructure, agriculture, tourism, security, defense, and renewable energy.

“Albania values the role of Turkey and President Erdogan as a key partner and ally, and their commitment through dialogue to peace and stability in the Western Balkans and beyond,” Begaj stated.

The visit of Vice President Yılmaz is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of economic cooperation and security.
