The Vice President of the Democratic Union for Integration (BDI), Arbër Ademi, has announced a first-round victory in the municipality of Gostivar, while confirming that Kičevo and Struga will go to a runoff.
“We are announcing the results for three more municipalities. In Gostivar, we have won without a runoff — in the first round, with a deep margin of 6 to 1,” said Ademi.
He added that Valbon Limani, the candidate of the Alliance for National Integration (AKI), will be the next mayor of Gostivar.
“As of tonight, the incoming mayor of Gostivar is our candidate, Valbon Limani. In the other two municipalities, Kičevo and Struga, our candidates will compete in the runoff,” Ademi stated.
