The Basic Court in Prishtina is set to hold the next hearing today in the “Banjska” terrorist case against the defendants Blagoje Spasojević, Vladimir Tolić, and Dušan Maksimović.
The session is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m.
All three defendants face serious charges related to the events of September 24, 2023, in the village of Banjska, municipality of Zveçan, where an terrorist attack against the Kosovo Police resulted in the death of Sergeant Afrim Bunjaku and the injury of several other officers.
