An audio recording of a conversation between sports driver and then-member of parliament Dušan Borković and Branko Malović, the assistant of the Vučić brothers for these types of operations and regional coordinator of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), published by the prestigious weekly Radar, according to Srđan Milivojević, chairman of the Democratic Party, would in any lawful state be grounds for an immediate response from the Organized Crime Prosecutor’s Office.

Milivojević emphasizes that this recording clearly exposes the predatory and mafia-like nature of the Serbian Progressive Party and is further proof that the Vučić-led government systematically exploits Serbian citizens for personal gain.

– It is indisputable that these criminal activities occur with the knowledge and under the orders of the Vučić brothers, who clearly sit at the top of this pyramid of organized crime and corruption. The stolen funds flow directly into the bloody hands of the Progressive authorities, and within this corrupt chain is also one of the prominent SNS MPs. This demonstrates that the current government is deeply intertwined with mafia interests and disregards the welfare of the citizens – Milivojević stressed.

He calls on the Anti-Corruption Agency and the State Audit Institution to immediately investigate this criminal network and the abusive spending of Pančevo citizens’ money, which ends up in the hands of those in power who exploit the system.

– Freedom and justice cannot be delayed any longer. The time has come for these scandals to reach their judicial conclusion. Any failure of the competent institutions to act against these events will be considered complicity in the plundering of citizens. In accordance with my parliamentary oath, I will file criminal charges against all participants, including the government and the Vučić brothers – Milivojević concluded.
