The Emergency Management Agency (AME) has reported that the flooding situation in Kosovo has stabilized following a decrease in rainfall intensity.

AME stated that flooding has affected agricultural land and caused water to enter several homes, mainly in basements.

Emergency Fire and Rescue Units have carried out 76 interventions across multiple municipalities, including Pristina, Fushë Kosova, Ferizaj, Gjilan, Viti, Kllokot, Podujevë, Mitrovicë, Lipjan, Kamenicë, Novo Bërd, Junik, Ranillug, and Shtime.

Due to the flooding, six families were evacuated from Fushë Kosova, Ferizaj, and Gjilan. Following on-site assessments and the reduction in rainfall, authorities confirmed that the situation is now calmer and under control.
