Memli Krasniqi will not be part of PDK’s electoral list for the December 28 elections.
Krasniqi himself announced this through a post on his Facebook profile.
Furthermore, starting today, Krasniqi will serve as the Head of PDK’s Central Election Campaign Staff for the December elections.
Full statement:
“Today, with the decision of the Presidency of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, I have taken on the responsibility of leading the party’s election campaign as the Head of the Central Election Staff, on our path toward victory on December 28.
These elections are an opportunity to restore normality, stability, and development to the country. PDK enters this process more prepared, united, and fully ready to give the country the direction it deserves.
In this campaign, I will be fully at the service of our campaign, our team, our structures, and our shared victory. Therefore, after seven terms as a Member of Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, this time I have decided not to be part of our electoral list.
This is a deliberate decision, allowing me to fully dedicate myself to organizing and leading the campaign, and providing complete support to our Chairman and our candidate for Prime Minister, Bedri Hamza.
Let us move forward together, with confidence and determination, for a better Kosovo for all!”
