The NATO mission in Kosovo (KFOR) extended its greetings to Albania on the occasion of its National Independence Day, highlighting the country’s key role as an ally within the Alliance.
In a Facebook post, KFOR wrote:
“Happy National Day to our Albanian allies. Albania is one of the 33 nations contributing troops to the KFOR mission.”
This year, Albania celebrates 113 years of statehood, commemorating one of the most important moments in its history. 28 November 1912 remains a sacred date for Albanians worldwide, a moment remembered with pride and honor.
