The Central Election Commission (CEC) has published instructions on how to vote by mail.
In an official statement, the CEC explained that ballots must be filled out, the registration certificate included, and the package sent, according to IndeksOnline.
All of this must be done following the CEC’s guidelines.
The deadline for sending the mail-in ballot is December 27.
