The Chargé d’Affaires of the United States Embassy in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati, today visited the newly inaugurated mayors of North Mitrovica, Zvečan, Zubin Potok, and Leposavić.
In a statement, the U.S. Embassy in Pristina said that Prattipati emphasized America’s expectations for transparent and effective governance, equal service delivery, and the importance of engagement with public security institutions serving all communities.
“Chargé d’Affaires Anu Prattipati met today with the four newly inaugurated mayors of North Mitrovica, Zvečan, Zubin Potok, and Leposavić, as well as representatives of Kosovo Serb civil society in northern Kosovo. She underscored U.S. expectations for transparent and effective governance, equal provision of services, and the importance of engagement with public security institutions committed to serving all communities,” the Embassy statement said.
