Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has announced that the Ministry of Defense has carried out another important strategic procurement to strengthen the capacities of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF).

The acquisition concerns the German Panzerfaust 3 anti-tank missile system, which has now become part of the KSF’s defensive arsenal.

Panzerfaust 3 is considered one of the most advanced and reliable anti-tank systems in the world and is widely used by the armed forces of NATO member states. According to Kurti, this investment represents a significant step toward enhancing defensive capabilities and modernizing the country’s security forces.

“Investment in defense is an investment in peace, sovereignty, and the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo,” Kurti emphasized, underlining that strengthening the KSF remains a strategic priority of the country’s institutions.
