The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (PEA) has issued a decision regarding the complaint filed by the political subject Kosovski Savez, based in Leposaviq, against the political subject Serbian List, based in northern Mitrovica.
The complaint concerned violations of the Code of Conduct for Political Subjects during the campaign for the Early Parliamentary Elections of the Republic of Kosovo, scheduled for December 28, 2025.
In its decision dated December 24, 2025, the PEA upheld the complaint of Kosovski Savez and found that the Serbian List had violated the Code of Conduct and its obligations toward candidates during the election campaign.
As a result, the Serbian List has been fined €30,000 and ordered to immediately remove all posters and campaign materials related to this violation from public spaces.
This decision follows a complaint submitted on December 23, 2025, in which Kosovski Savez claimed that the Serbian List had placed promotional materials on “24 Nëntori” Street in Leposaviq, violating election campaign regulations.
The PEA emphasizes the importance of respecting the Code of Conduct to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process.
It is recalled that the Serbian List had already been fined €20,000 by the PEA on Tuesday, December 23.
