The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, has demanded justice for the six Albanian civilians – among whom two children – were killed by the Serb-Yugoslav military forces on April 18, 1999 in a part of the border between Kosovo and Montenegro.

Millatović has even requested that a memorial be erected in the place in memory of the Albanian victims.

“In Kaludjerski laz, a village near the border with Kosovo, members of the Yugoslav Army, JNA, killed six Kosovo Albanian civilians, including two children, on April 18, 1999. Five others were injured in the attack, which occurred during the bombing 78 -day of NATO to Yugoslavia, which aimed to force President Slobodan Milosevic to withdraw Serbian forces from Kosovo”, Balkan Insight reported.
