The Kosovo Security Force (FSK) is participating in the international exercise “Dynamic Front 26” with a contingent from the Third Infantry Regiment and a mortar platoon, organized by the U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF).

Dynamic Front is a multinational field exercise designed to test the interoperability of NATO and partner forces in artillery and indirect fire operations. This year, the exercise is being conducted simultaneously across five countries: Germany, Romania, Poland, Spain, and Turkey.

The FSK contingent deployed to Germany at the Grafenwöhr Training Area with its own logistical capabilities, vehicles, weaponry, and ammunition.

Operating alongside the U.S. Army’s 4-319 Field Artillery Regiment, the FSK mortar platoon, including its Fire Line, Fire Control Center, and Forward Observers, conducted 120 mm mortar fire missions coordinated with American and Italian Army units.

During the exercise, FSK demonstrated proficiency in mortar operations both day and night, while exchanging lessons learned and best practices with partner forces.

FSK continues to showcase professionalism and discipline, interacting with international partners to support peace and security in the region.
