A Russian woman was arrested at the Merdare border crossing by the police. According to the police, the suspect attempted to bribe a police officer with 50 euros in order to be allowed entry into Kosovo without a visa.
“The female Russian national was arrested after offering a bribe of 50 euros to the police officer to facilitate her entry into the Republic of Kosovo without a visa. By decision of the prosecutor, the suspect has been placed in detention,” the police report states.
