The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has given a positive assessment of the electoral process for mayoral races in 18 municipalities across Kosovo, noting that any potential irregularities have been officially reported to the Central Election Commission (CEC).

During a press conference, Besnik Tahiri, a member of AAK’s presidency, stated that in the municipalities where AAK is competing, there were some complaints related to the voting process for persons with disabilities, which have been forwarded to the CEC for review.

Tahiri also encouraged citizens to continue participating in the elections, emphasizing that every vote contributes to strengthening democracy in the country.

The AAK is competing in the second round of elections for mayoral positions in Gjakova, Junik, Rahovec, Suhareka, and Klina.
