The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) will submit a request to the Constitutional Court on Monday for a review of the Assembly’s decision to reject the formation of a commission for secret voting.
In a press release, AAK announced that it will also submit “all other similar decisions” related to previous and upcoming sessions concerning this issue.
The party, led by MP Ramush Haradinaj, said the document is titled “Transcript of the Constitutive Meeting of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, held on April 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, as well as on May 1, 3, and 5, 2025.”
The submission to the Constitutional Court will take place at 11:00 AM.
