The acting Government of the Republic of Kosovo has held an electronic meeting, during which it approved two agenda items.
According to the Office of the Prime Minister, during its 26th meeting, the acting government:
- Approved the 2025 Annual Consolidated Report on the Functioning of the Internal Public Financial Control System in public sector entities.
- Approved a decision authorizing the Ministry of Finance to undertake the necessary steps to open a dedicated account within the Treasury Single Account (TSA) named the “Confiscation Fund.”
The dedicated account will be used exclusively to receive and record revenues generated from assets confiscated through final and legally binding court decisions.
