The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, received today a delegation from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, led by Elder Gerrit W. Gong, a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
Prime Minister Kurti expressed his gratitude to the members of the delegation for their engagement and interest in Kosovo. He emphasized the importance of rule of law and equality, reiterating the commitment of the Republic of Kosovo to being an inclusive and democratic society.
During the meeting, Elder Gong informed the Prime Minister about the Church’s ongoing activities in Kosovo, noting that it has supported over 175 projects, primarily in the field of education, along with other initiatives that have had a direct impact on local communities.
